There are two partners and a brief profile is given below:

Mr A.B. SHIVASUBRAMANYAM, B.Com, F.C.A., D.I.S.A (ICAI)

A.B. Shiva Subramanyam is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having qualified in the year 1991. He has pursued Post qualification in Information Systems Audit - DISA (ISA), passing from the first batch of examination conducted by ICAI.

A.B Shiva Subramanyam has vast experience in statutory audit of various manufacturing, trading, and other business enterprises and NPO's which include scientific research organizations & educational institutions. He is also specialized in handling Tax Audits, Representation of tax matters before various income tax authorities.

Mr B.V. AJAY, B.Com, F.C.A

B.V. AJAY, S/o B R V Goud, has worked in the audit in Price Water House and Coopers (PWC) erstwhile Lovelock & Lewis, and then worked in the tax division of KPMG where he specialized in setting up of many software companies as STPI units in India which were set up as 100% subsidiaries of their parent companies and gained exposure in International Taxation.

He later joined the software industry and has a wide and varied experience in the field of finance, accounts, taxation, HR and administration. He is currently working as a Director - Finance at Integral India Software Development Centre, Bangalore. He is holding a Certificate of Practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with permission to practice part time.

SHASHANK SUBRAMANYAM, B. Com, ACA

Mr. Shashank Subramanyam qualified in the year 2016 with distinction in IPCC and CPT exams of the CA Course. Post qualification he worked in the transfer pricing department of Deloitte where he worked with companies such as Apple, Amazon, Shell etc. He later joined BRV Goud & Co. and has been with the firm for over five years. He specialises in audits, direct taxation, and Income tax appeals and assessments. He has over eight years of post-qualification experience.

BASAVESHWARA HIREMATH ACA

Mr. Basaveshwara Hiremath is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as a CA in the year 2022. Post qualification, he joined BRV Goud & Co and his experience is spread across various fields such as Statutory Audits & Taxation of Companies and firms. He also has exposure in Internal Audits.
