We are a firm of Chartered Accountants in Bangalore, India.

Originally, Mr B.R.V. Goud started the firm in his individual capacity in the year 1963 to service clients, primarily in the field of audit and taxation. It was later converted into a partnership from 1.4.1978.

We have about 30 personnel in our Establishment including senior, experienced and semi qualified professionals.

A.B. Shiva Subramanyam is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having qualified in the year 1991. He has pursued Post qualification in Information Systems Audit - DISA (ISA), passing from the first batch of examination conducted by ICAI.
